1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phnn77 ("phnn77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phnn77 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed. All deposits made by underage players will be returned, and any winnings generated will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phnn77. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

phnn77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of payment methods available to Philippine-based players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and major credit and debit cards. Available payment methods may change from time to time at phnn77's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on phnn77:

11 Account Suspension and Termination

Upon termination of your account, phnn77 will return any remaining real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to phnn77. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
